The outside of her packaging sees April reporting from a dimly lit alleyway. While the inside is a bright yellow background featuring a vector collage of the Turtles and their enemies. This motif then continues to the protective sleeve in a bright lime green, as her silhouette can be seen through the large, clear display window on the front.
