With a clear ghost clinging to her long, upward-facing segmented ears, a red bow tie rests around the neck of her animatronic blue body as it rests on bent legs. The outside of her packaging shows Bonnie rushing through an open door as a small ghost emerges from her mouth, while the inside shows the same ghost flying through the vent of the security room. The protective sleeve is a close-up of the pizza parlor wall and shows Bonnie's silhouette through the large, clear window located in the front. This collectible comes in an embossed matte protective outer sleeve and a custom-sized plastic protector for maximum protection during shipping. Youtooz consulted with FNAF Fanverse game creator Kane Carter in the development of the Haunted Collection.
